CAMPUS VIEW Living at Campus View means living in the most lively student community in Allendale. CV is the closest off-campus housing complex to Grand Valley, located at the South end of campus on 42nd Avenue. Students can walk to class in under 10 minutes, ride the Rapid 48 Bus, or catch the exclusive resident shuttle. The CV2GV Shuttle picks up students at various locations around the property and transports them to campus throughout the school week. Campus View has the most variety of housing options than any other complex in Allendale. Since every Grand Valley student is so unique, CV caters to their differences by offering various living styles suited to their needs. With over 12 different floorplans, the choice of 1 to 4 bedrooms, and several lease options, students are able to find their perfect fit. They can choose between Cottages, Apartments, or Townhomes to fit their style and budget. No matter what floorplan you choose, you have full access to all the extensive CV amenities:

The Alpine Student Living The Alpine Student Living is a brand-new, luxury student-living facility located only minutes away from the Allendale Campus. These contemporary, fully furnished apartments come in the form of a four-bedroom, four-bathroom, 1,567-square-foot space. The apartment community is also very pet friendly—there is even an on-site dog park, so you don’t have to worry about being apart from your furry friend(s). For residents who have their own vehicle, the complex offers three different parking options: free parking, reserved parking and covered parking, which may prove useful come West Michigan’s intense winter season. The Alpine is also located directly across the street from the 48-route bus stop and the Copper Beech bus stop.
