GRAND BALLROOM

Step into the romantic charm of our Grand Ballroom, where your wedding vision takes centre stage. Overhead, the Sky Garden lighting sculpture by James Russ Studio casts a soft glow, with over a million hand-assembled LED lights coming together to create a beautifully intimate atmosphere. Celebrate with up to 550 guests for a seated reception, or up to 800 for a stylish cocktail affair.

AUCKLANDER

Bathed in natural light and framed by graceful curved windows, the Aucklander offers a charming setting for your wedding day. With a built-in bar and space for your personal touches, it’s a place where heartfelt moments unfold. Celebrate with up to 90 guests for a sit-down meal, or 120 for a relaxed cocktail-style gathering.

TUI SUITES

For an intimate wedding celebration, our Tui Rooms offer a romantic setting for up to 25 of your closest loved ones. Perched on the 10th floor with sweeping views of the Auckland city skyline, these spaces are perfect for a heartfelt evening — especially as the sun sets and the sky turns golden.

THE POOL DECK

If you are looking for a one-of-a-kind outdoor celebration, our spacious pool deck offers a serene escape with a stylish city backdrop. Perfect for a relaxed cocktail-style wedding, it can host up to 180 guests. Please note all events in this location must conclude by 8pm.

WEDDING CONTRACT

Full contract to be signed and 20% first deposit received to secure your date.

PRICING

All prices quoted include GST and are current at the time of printing, however may be subject to change due to product price increases beyond our control.

SECURITY

All events over 100 guests require security and will be charged accordingly based on guest numbers and event hours.

FOOD SAFETY

The team at Grand Millennium Auckland, take pride in holding a Food Control Plan. This ensures we always deliver a high quality product whilst complying with the NZ Government Ministry Primary Industries.

All food consumed in Function Rooms, Restaurant, Bar, Pool Deck areas must only be that which the resort provides.

No food is to be removed from Function Venues.

LIQUOR LICENSING LAWS

Grand Millennium Auckland is a licensed premises and observes Host Responsibility.

No external alcohol to be brought into Function Venues and public spaces, unless by mutual arrangement with Hotel Management –Quantity / Product Limits and Corkage Fees apply.

Hotel Management reserves the right of admission and will not serve intoxicated guests or minors.

Hotel Management has the right to cease beverage service.

FUNCTION ROOM AND BAR HOURS

Function Rooms and Function Bars are hired up till midnight or by prior mutual arrangement with Hotel Management.

DECOR

Please notify your onsite coordinator with all your décor plans along with contact details of who is bringing items and times of setup.

Please no open flames, glitter, confetti or similar items and no items attached to the walls. Additional cleaning or damage fees will apply.

ENTERTAINMENT

All music to cease at midnight or by prior mutual agreement with Hotel Management.

All band / DJ equipment may be set up on the day of function and must be removed at end of the night.

Hotel Management has the right to ask for music to be turned down or stopped.
