Motion Detectors

Installed in all hotel guestrooms. By using INNCOM energy management system, guest movement and body temperature in the rooms are closely monitored to avoid extreme fluctuation of temperature and consequently reduce high usage of electricity.

Movement of guests play a role in the system efficiency as well. The air-conditioning will be automatically minimized and lights will be switched off when there is no movement detected in the room for a certain period of time.

The hotel’s building façade showcases double glazed windows whereby two glass panes are bonded together by a spacer and separated within a gap of 6mm to 20mm. The gap is hermetically sealed and filled with argon to provide an added insulation layer.

Implemented on the hotel’s top floors, the double glazed windows have helped to insulate heat and reduce electrical usage of air-conditioning.
