PROJECT ARCHITECT (skills required but not limited to) 6+ YEARS EXPERIENCE
- A promising leader with strong diplomacy values (communication, Respect, Negotiation, Understanding, Finding common ground, Building relationships, Promoting interest) for the benefit of GRAHA and its values
- Represent GRAHA in a presentable manner in front all venues, organisations and clients.
- Defend GRAHA’s design intent throughout all phases.
- Report to Partner-in-Charge.
- Communication with Client & Consultant team
- Production of documents (construction, tender and all other necessary)
- Management and mentorship of team members
- Support communication between project team,clients,vendors,contractors,consultants and building and permitting officials.
- Provide technical guidance and innovative solutions to help resolve complex technical and design challenges.
- Discuss and develop office culture, standards and discipline for studio operations and running.
- Oversee all project information and ensure highest quality of deliverables with necessary interventions, not limited to one’s own project.
SENIOR ARCHITECT (skills required but not limited to) 3 - 6 YEAR EXPERIENCE
- Convert Ideas/sketches to develop practical solutions encapsulating the concept with necessary

SENIOR ARCHITECT (skills required but not limited to) 3 - 6 YEAR EXPERIENCE
- Convert Ideas/sketches to develop practical solutions encapsulating the concept with necessary software solutions.
- Daily communication concerning the project development with principle architects and rest of the team.
Project management
- Make Necessary drawings and 3D models required (Rhino, BIM) to resolve the concept with its working drawings and working 3D model. Assign subtasks to Junior & Fresher Architect and produce timely results.
- Make drawing lists, Schedules for internal drawing delivery and plan for the week. Refine and Define project designs with relevant regulations and codes
- Communicate Project timelines and weekly progress report to principle architect/project architect and project team along with weekly goals.
- Day to day management of project development including drawings, presentation, coordination and communication with contractors, consultants and project team.
- Schedule necessary meetings with contractors, consultants and the internal team to discuss timely progress with presentations and timelines.
- Keep timely updates on daily works at site with necessary documentation, communication with site engineers/workers/contractor and bring attention to principle architect/project leader all major developments and decision on site
- Schedule work for junior architects and draughtsman and keep daily progress report of individual members and report progress to principle architect/project architect.
JUNIOR
- Oversee BOQs and Estimates making sure that everyone is in line with project goals and have complete understanding of Building construction, documentation and budget
GRAHA
- Oversee all drawings, presentations etc. that are produced by the team and are in accordance to office standards. Timely discussion of all drawings and presentations with principle architect/project architect to track the project details and functions.
- Organise project assets and folders systematically and make necessary standards for project specific tasks.
ARCHITECT (skills required but not limited to) 1.5-3 YEARS EXPERIENCE
- Assist Project architect in developing all design and technical works.
- Proficiency in all required software, BIM and skillset to adapt to all kinds of work without hassle.
- Assist in conducting project research, building materials, systems and code requirements.
- Understand complete nature of the project along with the building construction process and to produce necessary technical drawings, BOQs, presentations etc.
- Make necessary drawings in compliance with government permits and codes.
- Give timely updates to project architect and make facilitate meetings and other office tasks with project architect.
FRESHER
ARCHITECT (skills required but not limited to) 0-1.5 YEAR EXPERIENCE
- Quick learner

- Make necessary drawings in compliance with government permits and codes.
- Give timely updates to project architect and make facilitate meetings and other office tasks with project architect.
FRESHER
ARCHITECT (skills required but not limited to) 0-1.5 YEAR EXPERIENCE
- Quick learner
- Proficiency in Rhino, D5, Auto-cad , Adobe package, BIM software and skillset to adapt to all kinds of work without hassle.
- Model making skills and presentation skills
- Assist in conducting project research, building materials, systems and code requirements.
- Understand nature of the project along with the building construction process and to produce necessary technical drawings, BOQs, presentations etc.
- Give timely updates and deliverables to project Architect.
ENGINEERS
/ ARCHITECTURAL DRAUGHTSMAN (skills required but not limited to) 5+ YEARS EXPERIENCE
- Be familiar to all types of construction methods and processes
- Assist Project architect in developing all design and technical works
- Produce BOQs in good presentable and systematic manner.
- Make necessary drawings in compliance with government permits and codes.
- Understand materials, products and details to convert sketches and ideas to working drawings as per office standards.
- Understanding current drafting technology and building compliant drawings as per government standards.
- Make necessary standards for drawings as per project requirement.
