Application Components • Letter of nomination form Graduate Group Chair • Unofficial Penn transcript • 2 current letters of recommendation • List of publications and conference papers • Tentative title of dissertation, name of dissertation supervisor, concise “Dissertation Proposal” (5 pages) • Statement discussing specific plans for the fellowship period
