Architecture is about form and movement, functionality and experience. When these elements work in harmony with each other, we can create spaces that bring out the best in our society. Without these, our lives can be hindered by the dysfunctionality around us.

My Role: Point of contact for Consultant Coordination, G.C. coordination, Schematic Design package production, Design Development package production, renderings, diagrams, sketchup model, revit model, construction document package coordination (and production of half the sheets), construction administration support, punch walk, etc.

Project Summary: New Costco warehouse and fuel station in Springfield Missouri. We modified the Costco prototype model to fit the jurisdictions specific desires on the aesthetics for the building exterior, designed the site, and built ground up for both the warehouse and fuel station.

My Role: Point of contact for consultant coordination, G.C. coordination,Construction Document package coordination and partial production (50%) of set, construction administration support, pay app reviews, Construction Change Proposal Reviews, RFI and Submittal review, package updates per client directives, punch walks, etc.

Project Summary: New Costco warehouse and fuel station to replace existing warehouse. We modified the Costco prototype model to fit the jurisdictions specific desires on the aesthetics for the building exterior, designed the site, and built ground up for both the warehouse and fuel station.

My Role: Point of contact for Consultant Coordination, second point of contact for G.C. Coordination, construction document package coordination (60% production of sheets), CD Detailing, design support, construction administration support, RFI's, Submittals, punch walk, etc.

Project Summary: Tenant Improvement on industrial warehouse for Client's Supply Chain. This building was a new purchase for our client and we converted it to match the clients uses. This includes but is not limited to updating existing office, adding new office on the south side of the building, adding a break room in the southwest, and adding 26 dock door positions on the south side of the building.

package (Graphics, diagrams, Sketchup model, revit model, 3D physical model, solar studies, street studies, elevations, and layout).

Project Summary: Produce a Preliminary Design Package for the city to review three potential massing models on developers property. Designs and concepts were by the principals

The site was zoned for high rise development in the middle of the First Hill neighborhood in downtown Seattle. The 3 options included different layouts of micro apartments along with residential facilities on the first three floors of the building.

My Role: Graphic presentation, 3D model (confidential), floor plans, elevations, Pre-Design package production

Project Summary: The client asked for a resort style hotel facility on a particular plot of land in Okinawa Japan.

We wanted to tie the resort to specific attributes unique to Okinawa like the sometimes harsh rocky landscape and the specific relationship between the ocean and the island.

The relationship between the natural concrete sheer walls and the water integrated throughout the site in aim to mimic dramatic landscapes you can find over the island, and produce those intimate moments with natural elements one finds while exploring the island.
