Patient Support Updates
On March 15th, 2021, the Grace Health Patient Support Call Center extended its hours to 8a-8p. We did this with the hope of having a Grace Health representative field the call and answer questions related to the caller's healthcare needs.
On July 1, 2021, we added triage nurses to further increase quick access to healthcare questions.
In addition to the weekly hours of 8a-8p, we have a representative available on Saturdays from 8a- 4:30p.
Further, our patients continue to have access to the Patient Portal, which they can access from the Grace Health website. After clicking "LOGIN to Patient Portal" in the top right corner of the site, they can log in with their existing username and password or create an account if they haven't yet. For access to the help portal and a list of frequently asked questions, click "Online Patient Portal Help" at the bottom of the login page.
