Brookvale is a planned 25-hectare subdivision with 240 sections, connected to Lincoln wetlands and featuring greenways, informal shared spaces, and an aesthetic design specific to Lincoln.

The proposed design aims to create a visually unique environment that reflects the area's culture, using exotic planting, angular areas, and grids in hardscape while integrating with the natural surroundings.

Waitikiri Gardens, a 28-section subdivision, is situated between Waitikiri and Prestons, bordered by suburban low-density residential areas on the west, north, and east boundaries, and Prestons Road to the south.

The landscape design adheres to CCC's IDS, CPTED, and WWDG regulations, with low fences around the reserve with 50% transparency, proposed plant species of up to 2 meters to maintain the local native ecosystem value, and selection of native plant species to retain the local ecosystem values.

The Mariner is an exciting mixed-use development in Sumner, covering 4,183 square meters and offering a unique opportunity to enhance pedestrian experience and connectivity between the beachfront and built form.

The streetscape and adjoining road reserve of the development were designed cohesively, following the CCC Technical Design Guide, with the aim of creating a seamless connection between the development and surrounding area while adhering to CPTED principles to ensure optimal safety with welllit pedestrian spaces, clear views, and passive surveillance from the buildings.
