is pursuing a BFA in Furniture Design at Savannah College of Art and Design while simultaneously working within the luxury hospitality field to scope her career path.
She was born and raised in Savannah, GA and has a deep love and connection with the history and architecture within the historic town. She originally started her journey through SCAD within Interior Design, but quickly fell in love with Furniture Design because of its balanced toggle between digitally designing and building with her hands. She has achieved Dean’s List on many occasions through her college career and is proficient in 3D modeling and rendering software.
Her goal after college is finding a niche within the luxury hospitality sector of Furniture Design by designing for companies that specialize in boutique and unique hotels worldwide.
How can designers use furniture in luxury hospitality spaces improve the guests’ experience?
Music plays large parts in all our lives. We use music to ground ourselves in our health and wellness. I’ve played many instruments throughout my lifetime.
Working in the hospitality industry for a luxury boutique hotel. Being tasked with curating experiences for guests daily.
