The City of Alexandria Circuit Court has issued a summons against perjuring priest Bob Malm in my civil stalking case against him. The action arises from perjuring priest Bob Malm’s repeated violations of my request for no contact, which under Virginia law constitutes prima facie evidence of stalking.
