Clarypleat PTFE, PTFE filter cartridges are designed to completely remove contaminating bacteria, viruses, and particles from air, various gas streams, even in the presence of humidity and moisture. Filter cartridges are also designed to remove contaminating bacteria and particulate in solvent, organic chemical and non-aqueous solution. These naturally hydrophobic PTFE membranes can effectively process high flow rates, high particulate removal efficiency and prolong service life; resulting in lower cost of ownership.
All Clarypleat PTFE cartridges are manufactured, tested and packaged in a clean room to ensure product’s cleanliness. Each cartridge is individually tested for consistent, reliable performance for retention of microorganisms. Clarypleat PTFE cartridges can be autoclaved and steam sterilized. Cartridges are optimized for applications requiring clarification and bio-burden reduction in air, gas, aggressive solvents, organic chemicals, tank vent application.
Clarypleat PTFE cartridges are made using advanced thermal welding process to seal all components. All component of these filter cartridges are FDA compliant as per Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), Title 21.
