BOOKINGS – SMS SERVICE As a courtesy we send out an sms reminder, two days before your appointment, reminding you of your appointment date and time. If there is no reply to the sms reminder we will attempt to contact you. Any unconfirmed appointments amy be cancelled. Do confirm. CANCELLATION POLICY As a matter of common courtesy we request that you provide 24 hours' notice in the event of a late rescheduling and/or cancellation. Less than 12 hours' notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee, a 'no show' will be 100% fee. A credit card to secure bookings over 1.5 hours will be required.
