How do you feel about challenging and logical securing position in your extension of my abilities. class?

How was the atmosphere and level of studies at Mehran University?

Going to University was something that I had always wanted to do. Aside from gaining a degree that would benefit my future career, I wanted to be able to say that I’d left home, survived on my own, and met loads of new people from different situations and cultures!

University is one big learning experience and yes I had most fulfilling, challenging, rewarding and life-changing 4 years.

The overall atmosphere is quite suitable

and healthy for girls.. As far as the social life and professional exposure is concerned, MUET does lag behind other institutions. We don’t have many events here (only debating events and technical competitions are organized), but logically, an institution whose timings are from 8am to 2pm expects you to build your own social life.

I had heard mixed reviews about the University and it wasn’t until I got admitted at MUET and had a chance to explore that I realized how wrong all those feedbacks were. At MUET I met teachers who were absolute champions in their fields, people who had not only performed amazingly within

Pakistan but had won international awards and credibility. However, what I have learned during my academic career is that on this level, learning is solely in the student’s hands. The teachers are just there to point you towards the right direction and for that, the teachers at MUET are as good as it gets. The teachers are always there to help students with their issues, both academic and personal.

Thus the education standard of MUET is quite appreciable.

Are you satisfied with the quality of education at Mehran University?

It's a human nature that they never get satisfied with what

10SW12 they have. There's always room for improvement. I'm totally satisfied with the amount of theoretical knowledge but the practical work and implementation is not sufficient. The University must need to update its course outline from time to time considering the practical point of view.

What thing you will miss the most at Mehran University?

University was FUUUUUUUN while it lasted. I will miss the fun, the friends, the teachers (yes) and a lot more. But I'll miss my final year days spent at University the most. From Pakistan tour to celebration week, from birthday celebrations to engagement celebrations, I enjoyed each and every moment. My classmates were really nice, co-operative and friendly.

We had the best time together as a class. Also, my final year project involved staying till 5 P.M at University travelling from department to department.

That was the tough yet the most memorable time. I still cherish the flashbacks of those days.

POSITION from others. Do not waste a career as a professional

I intend to pursue an M.E degree in order to reach that goal. your time in making comprehensive and detailed notes ; otherwise you'll be left with little time to read them. I was no bookworm, but an ordinary hard working student. And yes one who works diligently and performs well in the exam will ultimately outshine others.

What would you suggest the administration of the University regarding difficulties being faced by the students?

University administration must start focusing on providing professional exposure to students right from their starting years . It will serve as a confidence booster for them and provide them with better career opportunities.

What are you future plans?
