EMD 10000 - 4 - R
Framing is of aluminium alloy material: wallboard is CFC-free polyurethane foaming or hi-density polyethylene board or glasswood wallboard. Electrostatic Cleaner The tungsten filament releases hi-volt static electricity at the air inlet so that all particles are positively charged. When the air passes through the negatively charged plates, all tinier particles and bacteria are adsorbed onto the plates. Bacteria, viruses and pollens are killed immediately. Active carbon Can trap all kinds of toxic gases like formaldehyde, benzene. Fan Centrifugal fan with variable speed drive is used. High efficiency, low noise, smooth operation & drastic electricity saving. Coils Designed per ARI standard. Coils are of seamless quality copper tubes and hi-purity aluminium foil. High coil efficiency, low air/water resistance Dry Condensate Pan Insulation materials of condensate pan ensure no condensate drops even under a rigid working condition. Condensate tube drainage is 5 times than that under a normal operation. Condensate drainage minimizes the time of water on the condensate pan, which lessens pan corrosion and eliminates bacteria multiplying.

Nomenclature
Framing Combined air handlers are equipped with temperature adjustment, humidifier, electrostatic cleaner, silencer, etc. It can be modularized and accommodated to various applications. It is suitable for shopping malls, hotels, office buildings, gyms, operating rooms at hospitals, phar maceutical/tobacco/food/precision instrument factories.
EM 10000 - 4 - R
Framing R e i n f o rc e d a l u m i n i u m f r a m i n g , h i n g e s & supporters in the middle with even force & no high pressure deformation. Casing panel is double-skin. The inner part is zinc-coating steel plate, the outer part is compound steel, the middle part is insulation materials of CFC-free polyurethane foaming with low heat transfer coefficient, low air leakage & high air tightness. Electrostatic Cleaner The tungsten filament releases hi-volt static electricity at the air inlet so that all particles are positively charged. When the air passes through the negatively charged plates, all tinier particles and bacteria are adsorbed onto the plates. Bacteria, viruses and pollens are killed immediately. It can be washed automatically. Coils Designed per ARI standard. High coil efficiency, low air/water resistance Humidifier High pressure atomizer, dry steam humidifier, membrane humidifier can be selected. High efficiency & low energy consumption. Fan Centrifugal fan with variable speed drive is used. High efficiency, low noise, smooth operation & drastic electricity saving.

Installation tips 1.Air handlers must be located on the base plane which is of U-steel or concrete construction. 2.Air handlers must reserve service space at 0.8m all around. 3.There must be a ditch around the unit. A drainage is at the bottom of the ditch connecting to sewage system. 4.A valve must be installed at the water tube inlet/outlet externally to adjust the flow or water supply cutoff for service purpose. All tubes should be well insulated. 5.No excessive force for all water tube connectors during the unit locating and external tube connecting. 6.There must be a flexible conduit between air inlet/outlet and fan. The weight of water tubes & fans can not be borne by units. 7.unit power supply 3 ph, 380 V, 50 Hz/60Hz. First power on, then motor on, check the fan to see if it’s ok. If the fan is reversed, stop the unit, change the phase and power on
