MODEL SELECTION & INSTALLATION
- Installation type: Can connect to air duct, or blow directly. - The distance between fresh air inlet and exhaust air outlet should be as far as possible, so it can make the fresh air cover more room areas and save more energy. - Do model selection according to the air circulation cross section rather than the simple area only: ventilation rate is 10~20 times/hour. - For example, an 80m2 residence with a sitting room 2.7m high and 4m wide has the air circulation cross section at 11m2. Fresh air blows from one end of the sitting room, through the bedroom, and then vented from the toilet. Then a model SC125 or SC250 is suitable for this residence. - Another example, an 800m2 open office area with a dimension of 50m x 16m x 2.8m, has the air circulation cross section at 45m2. Fresh air blows from the top of the office area, through the entire office, and then vented from the toilet in the far end. Then a model SD500 or SD1000 is suitable for this area. If the office density is high, exhaling a great amount of CO2, models like SD1500, SD3000 are preferred. - Rooms should be airtight, while ventilation is done by Fresh Air Machine.

AIR DETECTION After installation, BROAD Fresh Air Machine must be detected with instrument on the spot — It is qualified only when the blown air is 500 times cleaner than outdoor air (Picture above is BROAD air detector; other professional instruments can also be used).

TO FURTHER IDENTIFY THE AIR - μm means milli mm, particles≤10μm are called inhalable PM, which can pass through the respiratory system of nose and throat, and enter into the lungs. - Particles≤2.5μm can pass directly through the alveolus in the lungs into the blood stream. The smallest human cell is approximately 2.5 micron across. - Particles≤2.5μm are extremely light and can f loat around more than 300km. Therefore, there is not much difference between urban and rural areas. - In general, more than 90% of particles≤2.5μm in the air come from the exhaust air produced by power plants, factories and vehicles, which contain heavy metal particles, such as mercury, cadmium, and lead. All of them are serious carcinogens and are more harmful than cigarettes.
