Congratulations and Great Job!

Audits:

We're still seeing extension cords and adaptors as permanent power sources

Using extension cords and adaptors as permanent power solutions poses significant safety risks such as:

o Fire Hazards

o Electrical Shock

o Code Violations

High-Visibility rain gear and vests during stormy months and after dark

o Enhanced Visibility

o Weather Protection

o Emergency Readiness

o Regulatory compliance

Loss Prevention:

GIMI Team Lead of Loss Prevention, Roy Greto, has resigned to pursue new opportunities. We wish him all the best in his future endeavors. In response to operational needs, we have posted three new positions: two Loss Prevention Specialist roles for GIMI and one additional position for GIPB, who will support and collaborate with Jerry and Beau. This added support is expected to enhance the overall effectiveness of our Loss Prevention efforts.

Additionally, we’ve observed an upward trend in over/shorts related to cash handling. To address this, CashMates are being implemented for GIPB, and training has been initiated to improve accuracy and reduce associated risks.
