Chicken Bake

This is a fast and easy meal my family loves and it’s great to pair with a salad! This a great meal when you don’t have a lot of time to prep beforehand.

Ingredients

• 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts • 6 red potatoes • 1 cup of carrots • 1 large onion • 1 green bell pepper • 1 packet of ranch seasoning • 1/2 a cup of Italian dressing

Instructions

1. Chop potatoes into cubes. 2. Cut onion, pepper, and carrots according to preference. 3. Place vegetables into a greased baking dish. 4. Place chicken breasts on top of vegetables. 5. Pour Italian dressing and sprinkle the ranch seasoning over everything. 6. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes or until done, at 400 degrees Fahrenheit. 7. And enjoy!
