Programme One is a membership organisation for recruitment companies working together to collectively remove the barriers for Black recruiters


In November 2020, eight recruitment agencies came together to discuss removing the inequalities which are restricting and inhibiting the engagement of Black recruiters. They all made a commitment to collectively work towards removing inequality for Black talent within our industry.
Programme One is a positive action initiative which aims to remove the barriers in which black talent face when applying for roles within recruitment.
