Ontario G2 Driving Exam Grade Requirements According to statistics, inexperienced drivers of all ages are much more likely to get in serious or fatal crashes than experienced drivers. Ontario implemented graded licensing for all drivers applying for their first automobile or motorbike licence in 1994 to aid new drivers in developing better, safer driving habits.
