Well, first of all, I came to GO about a year ago. To be honest and transparent, I was a little hesitant due to the smaller size of the company compared to what I had initially worked for. But I have absolutely loved the year that I have been here. Of course we have product, pricing, loans are turned. Everybody has product, everybody has pricing, everybody has hard working underwriters. What I love about GO and what's my secret sauce is, one – my ability to pick up the phone and speak with the head underwriter, and also the top of the house – I can call and ask them any questions and get a very quick response.
