Guest Rental Policy & Regulations For everyone's enjoyment and safety, guests must follow our rules and policies..

▪ No house parties and age restriction (25+) for guests.

▪ Guests will sign a Damage Waiver Disclaimer and provide credit card information for potential damages.

▪ A 50% deposit is required for reservations, with optional travel insurance at booking.

▪ Check-in starts at 3:00 p.m., and check-out is strictly at 10:00 a.m., including owner use time. Guests must check in with our office before property access.

▪ Post-rental cleaning and inspection are mandatory and billed to the guest.

▪ Maximum occupancy adheres to the rental confirmation.

▪ Pets are only allowed with approval from both the Homeowners Association and the homeowner.

▪ Linens are ordered for an additional fee.
