Drug and Alcohol Testing Consortium Our Drug and Alcohol Testing Consortium is an inexpensive program that helps you manage the complex requirements of complying with federal or state random drug and alcohol testing regulations. We manage the affiliate program for you.

The Drug and Alcohol Testing Consortium Program is designed for independent CDL operators licensed by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), granted by the Department of Transportation (DOT), or companies with additional CDL drivers or insured employees. Our alliance is fully compliant with over 15,000+ collection points in the US.

Our program administrators will consult with you on the required policies and procedures and supervisor training.

What is the Drug and Alcohol Testing Alliance?

A consortium is simply an association of independent businesses belonging to the group for a common purpose. In this case, the aim was to provide a random drug and alcohol testing structure. The Federation acts as a “Third Party Administrator (TPA)” for members like you. This is between the government and your company or you.

What happens after joining the affiliate program?

Once we receive your completed application, we will send you a Federal Guardianship and Control form if pre-employment or initial combined drug testing is required. This is the federally required form to authorize drug testing. After a sample is collected at one of our collection sites, we will receive the results electronically within two days. After reviewing the results, we will issue your Enrollment Certificate and Laminated Wallet Membership Card. This will show that you are in full compliance with government regulations regarding random drug and alcohol testing.
