VILLA BALLA 01 Under construction Project
This building is designed on a land of about 4000 square meters in Melos Jan area for full busy manager and his family to stay there for a part of the year. The maximum time of the employer’s residence in the villa was predicted in summer and winter. His most important concern was to make it possible to use the ground floor space in these two seasons with his family and friends and his colleagues and employers. According to these requests, I completely separated the residential zone from the recreational zone and moved it to the upper floor. In addition, this action made it possible to have a good view of the plain below.

The project site is located in Maloos Jan area . This site overlooks a hill with a gentle slope on one side and the plain on the other side. The land has a very slight slope and it is accessible from two sides, north and south. The surrounding lands are used as gardens and the downstream lands are dedicated to agriculture. The residential texture of the area is very wide and not dense.
Considering the potential of the site, the beautiful views and the client’s needs - he was looking for a space to use for family and business parties in the winter and summer seasons - several solutions were considered.
1- Complete separation of residence and recreational zone
2- Lifting the residence zone to increase the view of the plain
3- Double-purpose use of the ground floor space in cold and warm seasons - turning the porch into an enclosed space.

VILLA GOHAR 02
Under construction Project
This building is designed for a family to stay part of the year on a land of 3600 square meters in MaloosJan. The villa was named “Villa Gohar” by the client for his deceased mother reminisent . The site in question has longitudinal and transverse slopes and is located on the slopes of the mountain. The specific location of the land and its topography in the first stage brought many threats to the employer’s mind. He asked me to advise him on planning to build or sell land. After fully examining the location of the land and stating the opportunities, the client decided to build. I have presented two alternatives here. Finally, it was decided to build later alternative.

Site Location
The project site has a special location, because it has a unique view downstream, and on the other hand, due to the high slope and being located on the mountainside, there is a view from outside the site to the inside, especially from the road.
Considering the high slope of the context and the request of the client to create terraces to benefit from the view of the surrounding scenery, the main idea of this alternative was obtained from the section. As in the picture, a simple diagram of the design can be seen.

VILLA GOHAR 03
Under construction Project
On a 3600 square meter area of land in the MaloosJan region, this building was designed for a family to reside there for a portion of the year. The customer gave the villa the name “Villa Gohar” in remembrance of his deceased mother. The location in question lies on the mountain’s slopes and has both longitudinal and transverse slopes. The land’s precise location and initial terrain presented numerous threats to the employer. He requested my opinion on his plans to build or sell land. after carefully studying the land’s location and outlining the potential we made a decision to creat a villa. Here, I’ve provided two choices. It was ultimately decided to construct this alternative.

The site is located on the mountain, the location and conditions of the plan have provided an opportunity to have a suitable and unique view of the beautiful landscape, but at the same time, the aristocracy from outside the site and the dominance of the view to the desired land could be consider as a threat factor.
the requiers of client that is meet in this project:
- Providing a suitable view (to the south) for all living spaces
- Creating a safe space to use the pool and hold an outdoor party
- The existence of a flexible accommodation space for the use of the employer and at the same time for the use of guests during their absence has been the main needs of the employer.
Site plan
ConseptplanDiagram
as you can see in the diagram there are two cases which explai flexibility to meet the most important needs of client.
-The right one illustrates cohision between all parts of mansion as a unit and at the same time creats porch and yard as independent spaces
-the left one demonestrate two different mansion for two users with a huge yard for outdoor party
Villa Gohar I Alternative 02
Concept Diagram
The project is designed in two floors, the bedrooms are on the first floor and the public and service spaces and the master suite are on the ground floor. The main suite and the public part of the villa are connected by a glass corridor, the presence of movable (retractable) glass panels has caused flexibility and spatial diversity in this design. With the gathering of the panels, the courtyard and the porch will be integrated and will cut off the direct connection of the suite from the public sector. With the closing of the panels, the pool and porch space is separated and can form different and separate spaces.
21 Villa Gohar I Alternative 02
The mass of the upper floor, as a connection between the two lower masses, presents the villa as a single and integrated volume, and at the same time forms the semi-open space of the porch.
Under construction Project
In order to achieve the goals of the project, the building was placed in the north of the site. The placement of the masses was considered in such a way that the land was divided into two semi-enclosed and free parts. The presence of a semi-enclosed yard due to the mass of the building provides the possibility of using the swimming pool and holding a party in the open air, without disturbance and privacy.
In these sections, you can see the location of all spaces, especially the courtyard and porch, and their access much more clearly.

In this plan, we try to ensure that all residential spaces, according to the client’s request, have a good view ,and have good spatial quality and good light. In the meantime, the space of the porch attracts attention as the turning point of the project.
The topography of the land has provided the possibility of leveling in the public space of the villa and has created a sense of excitement and diversity in the interior of the building.

TREE HOUSE 04
Under construction Project
the tree house is a counry villa which is a 20 minuts far from the hustle and bustle of Shiraz. this humble villa lies on a hill with gentel slope, aproximatly 3 % which is ideal to walk and cycling. it looks over the green plain and too distancw picturesque mountains. the natural respons to locating this villa on the top of the slope was the capturing a panorama view , but an almond tree which was in the way was an outline obstacle and threat. the process of solving this threat and change it to a golden apportunity became the main idea of design.

The project site is located in the garden area of Siakh village. This land has a longitudinal slope of 3% and is located in a set of lands intended for garden use. This project has two entrances, one of which is the main entrance and is located on the north side, and the other is located on the middle east side next to the caretaker. This division has caused the non-interference of functions.
The cycle path as a loop and the pedestrian path have made this landscape more alive. Almond tree and panoramic view and sliding transparent roof are the most prominent features of this mansion. the tree provide a spectacular and attractive picture frame and make an immediate impression on users upon entry.

The entrance is a dividing point between private and public areas. The former consists of two bedrooms, a lounge and a bathroom with access to the pool. The lader area consisted of a large hall with curtain walls that looked out over the entire garden and landscape. Thanks to the double-height glass roof, which is a retractable sliding roof, it provides soft and sutle sky light and helps with natural ventilation, creating a magnificent atmosphere.

DAAL APATMENT 01 Built Project
In 2018, a residential project with an area of 1094 square meters on three floors was referred to me. This project was once designed by another architect and the building was in the construction stage. The client wanted me to decorgon the plan. The columns had created a lot of limitations in the design, but finally we reached the desired plan with a living area of 90 square meters, which had a unified and pure space, and a kitchen with a fluid space. After that, the contract extended to the issue of facade design and all interior spaces due to the success and satisfaction of the client.

The main idea was to create spaces and design an apartment complex with the concept of home, where we seek peace. In order to achieve this goal, we have sought to purify and simplify the forms, spaces, limit the final materials and continue them slowly from the outer layers to the inside in order to create a single collection, also with optimal use, Controlled and effective natural light has been tried to create pleasant spaces in order to reduce the effects of height restrictions in apartment design standards.

The collection is considered as a whole unit and the selection of materials, colors and forms has been effective in achieving this goal. It has been gradually added to maintain the continuity and at the same time the variety of different spaces for the user.
Transparency and wide windows on both sides of the building, despite the lack of a good view, by providing enough light, it brings a good feeling and increases the user’s perception of the spaciousness of the space, as well as the use of sky light in the main staircase and the entrance area and the kitchen. It has created a pleasant atmosphere on the top floor.
Simplifying the external surface, controlling the northwest light, and at the same time simplicity, the variety created in the random rhythm of the panels are the features of the translucent shell of the facade.

An unfinished apartment of 220 meters including 4 bedrooms was referred to me for interior design. The employer needed to change the general space of this apartment unit. There were flaws in the building plan, the most important of which was the small size of the kitchen considering the needs of this family. By examining the installations and structures, these problems seemed to be solvable. This family was very fond of wood materials and the children needed a fun spaces. Taking these things into consideration and involving each family member in their privet space and checking their moods and interests, we started the design and then the construction process.

In the architectural design of this apartment, there was no proportion between the size of the kitchen and the rest of the spaces. The entrance zone was not defined and the toilet was not well located. These issues seemed to be my biggest challenges in interior design. By extending the kitchen, all these problems were solved in the simplest way.
The kitchen became bigger. The view of the toilet to the dining room was blocked and the entrance zone was defined.

PHOTO MONTAGE
Creating an unconventional and unfamiliar atmosphere and combining contradictory items is one of the means of conveying a message and influencing the audience in conceptual art. I use photomontage to convey thoughts and effects.
“Takht Jamshid Weeps”, which is a critique of the state of my land, was shown at the Archigraph exhibition in Shiraz in 2019.

GRAPHIC
Interest in learning and new experiences made me enter the field of graphics. My familiarity with art and related software allowed me to use it powerfully to achieve economic goals and volunteer activities to help others. Here are some examples of brochure design, business card design and CD cover design that have been done over the past few years.

CALLIGRAPHY
Iranian calligraphy has a lot of potential in composing and creating original and eye-catching motifs. Traditional Iranian calligraphers have strict rules.
however, I use this art freely and I broke the rules.
this calligraphy is known as “ moaalla”. 2018

CRAFT
When the arts are combined and become practical artifacts, the result is very pleasant. In the design and manufacture of leather products, the choice of materials, colors and textures, making precise components manufacturing strategy come from my architecture and painting knowledge. In jewelry design, calligraphy is included and helps to achieve the desired result.
