Led by on of the UK’s leading designers Clive Sparkes, the team will design and spec your order, checking all details for you.
Your order will go into production in our own Design and Production centre, where our experienced craftsmen create your bespoke product.
Your order has to pass several quality checks before we are happy with it.
Our very cool Production Manager Dave will be in touch with you to arrange a convenient delivery of your order.

Q: When will my bespoke glass be ready, and how will I receive it?
A: Every order is made to measure, so lead times can vary. Our sales team will confirm the estimated completion date when you place your order. Once ready, we’ll notify you to arrange collection from our workshop.
Q: Will someone need to be on-site to receive and sign for the delivery?
A: Yes, someone must be present to sign for the delivery. This ensures the glass is received in good condition and handled correctly on arrival.
Q: How should I prepare the site for delivery and installation of the glass?
A: Please make sure there’s a safe, sheltered area to store the glass. Hard surfaces should be protected with padding to avoid damage. Clear access is essential for safe handling delivery.
Q: Is the glass insured during transit, and what should I do if it arrives damaged?
A: All glass is fully insured in transit and carefully checked before dispatch. On the infrequent occasion, if you notice any damage, inform the delivery driver straight away. For pallet deliveries, unpack and inspect the glass immediately and report any issues within 24 hours.
Q: Will your team be installing the glass, or do I need to arrange this separately?
A: We don’t currently offer installation. Most customers work with a trusted local contractor or installer.
Q: Can I change the delivery date or address if my project schedule changes?
A: Yes, contact our team as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate any changes to your delivery date or location.
