MISSION STATEMENT - The Middle Tennessee Athletic Department is committed to providing quality athletic programs that serve to bring the campus community together and promote a sense of pride and tradition in academic and athletic excellence. It also brings the University regional and national recognition and provides a link between the University, its alumni and the community at large. It gives students, faculty and alumni opportunities for innovative public service activities that better the community. In addition, it uses athletic, financial and physical resources to maintain and develop athletic programs to aid in accomplishing the mission of the University.
