Request for Proposal 2012 Arizona State Conference August 1-3, 2012 PROPOSALS DUE October 31, 2011 AFP Northern Arizona is seeking proposals for the 2012 State Conference educational program. The 2012 Conference will be held in the beautiful red rocks of Sedona, Arizona. Please complete the attached proposal document and attach a current resume with at least one reference (with phone and email information) who can address your presentation skills. Letter of recommendation is also acceptable. Preference will be given to presenters with a CFRE/ACFRE/FAHP credential and/or certification from the AFP Faculty Training Academy. Preference will also be given to AFP Members. The Chapter will provide reimbursement for in-state mileage at the current IRS rate. Should you be traveling from outside of Arizona, the chapter will cover round trip coach airfare to Phoenix and an economy rental car from Phoenix. The Chapter does not provide honoraria. Handouts delivered electronically to the Conference Program Committee by July 27, 2012 will be provided by the Chapter; any handouts not delivered by the deadline will be the responsibility of the speaker. Presenters representing companies that provide services for a fee to nonprofit organizations are permitted to bring promotional information that will be offered to participants after the program concludes. Sales statements and promotional material are not permitted during the presentation. Should your proposal be accepted for the State Conference, you will be notified via email by November 30, 2011. Should your proposal not be accepted, you will be sent for consideration to the AFP Northern Arizona Professional Development Committee for consideration for our chapter programs.
