In the annual review for June 2022, it was an honour to report a turnover uplift of 5%. Well, even with a cost of living crisis and the ongoing war in Ukraine, we have surpassed this increase in turnover by a whopping 9.8% to June 2023.
It should be highlighted that we picked up an award for Property Deal of the Year at the South Coast Property Awards, and utilising Estates Gazette statistics for 2022, we are the most active agent across Dorset & Hampshire, handling 40% of all transactions.
In the heart of the community, Goadsby has proven to be more than just a leading
estate agent; it’s a pillar of support for local sports and athletic endeavours. We have proudly continued our sponsorship for various teams across the region, from fuelling the passion on the field at AFC Bournemouth and Winchester Rugby Club, to cheering on the players at Wimborne Cricket Club.
