Praia Miramar is a fully furnished 3BHK villa. A place that you can call it yours for your memorable stay in Goa. It is in the heart of the City of Panaji yet near to the beach and other attractions around. The place has everything that you need in a home away from your home. It has a well-equipped kitchen with a cooking hob, chimney, a microwave, fridge, water filter, toaster etc. and the crockery & cutlery. The utility is fully functional with dish washer, washing machine and dryer. You have a smart TV in the living room in case you dint want to miss your favourite series or binge watch something that you wanted to always watch when you get the time. The bedrooms have a double bed which are cosy and comfortable There is a table with chair arrangement in case you need to sit and work. Each bedroom has en-suite bathroom. The bathrooms are spacious and have 24x7 hot water shower and western water closet. Safety features like fire extinguishers, CCTV survailance in exterior, First Aid kit is all available.
Esha & Amey are passionate about real estate and properties and hence we have started this venture where we want to make sure that we serve our guests with utmost care and make their stay comfortable and most importantly memorable. After more than 2 decades in service when we came back to Goa, being in hospitality business was the first thingin our mind. Praia Miramar has an internet wifi coverage throughout the villa and some areas in the outside. We have made sure that you are connected to the world
24x7asperyour requirement Kindly scanthe QR code to connect to the wifi. If your phone does not support scanning of QR code, you may manually enter the password mentioned at the bottom of the QR code. The code is also available with the caretaker.
Please note:
1. The internet connection is offered from 3rd party and hence if there is any break in the connection, we are not responsible for the same and no refund/compensation can be claimed for the same.
2. Guest is expected to use the service as per fair usage policy and not misuse the same to download large files etc.
3. The wifi internet is complementary and the same should not be misused for (not restricted to) viewing any unauthorised websites, pornography material or for bullying, harassment, discrimination and other hostile behaviour In case any such activity is noticed then the host reserves the right to inform cyber cell or any other regulatory body as deemed fit.

Smoking is stickly prohibited inside the villa. In case anybody is found smoking / smoked, penalty of Rs. 2500/- would be charged
We know that you love your pet, but we also respect other guests who may suffer due to any allergy etc due to the smell of pet or to their fur etc.
As per the statutory regulation, every adult guest who stays in the villa needs to provide a copy of a valid govt issued photo ID and register the name of the head in the guest register. This being a regulatory requirement, we will not be accommodating any guest who do not comply to this. Further, only 6 guests are allowed in the villa and up to 2 more can be accommodated subject to they are having paid the money for the extra guest. 04
The place is not for parties. That does not mean that you cannot have private get togethers but the restrictions is on the noise. As the place is within residential area, please respect the peace of the neighbours. Strictly NO LOUD music/noise especially between 9.00PM to 7.00AM as per We may have to call the authorities if these statutory norms are not followed
The guest will be charged for any damages that happens to the property for which the guest is responsible. The charges would be to cover the repair or replace the same at the discretion of the host.
The guest is free to bring their own vehicle/s. There is a provision for up to 3 car parking inside the premises. The guests are requested to please park the vehicles inside the compound only so that the road outside is not blocked.

There is a fully automatic washing machine available. This can be used by the guest. We have also provided you with the liquid soap and conditioner for your use. Kindly contact the host or caretaker to operate the same

The dryer is to be used for clothes that have been washed and dried in the washing machine. Do not add totally wet clothes in the dryer
Fully automatic dish washer is available. This is to be used for washing of utensils and crockery after rinsing it. Contact the host or caretaker to operate the same. We have provided you with dish washer detergent.
Oven Convection type of microwave oven is available. This is to be used for reheating or cooking Use only glass utensils in the microwave.

A double door refrigerator is kept for your convenience You will find ice in the ice tray and cold water in the refrigerator section.
Hot water kittle is kept in the kitchen and in the pantry section. This is to make your hot cup of tea or have hot drinking water. The kittle is not to be used for heating anything other than water

If you wish to cook your own meals or a kid needs to have homemade food or you are just in a mood to do some cooking, you have a 3-station gas burner. The ignition is automatic.
If you need to toast your bread
Drinking water from the tap (filtered water from city corporation) is completely safe but just in case you are not sure or have a sensitive stomach, we have provided you with a standard water filter The bottles in the villa are all filled from this water filter, and you may use the filter to refill the bottles as many times as you need
Television
We have a large smart TV in the living room. It also has a satellite dish connection apart from all the OTT apps. You may login your accounts on these OTT apps to start watching from where you had last left. If you want us to enable any of the channels on the satellite tv connection, please contact the host
You hate it when your clothes are wrinkled and you may need to iron the same. We have provided you with an Iron board and a Iron set. You may do your own ironing.

Praia Miramar is in the middle of residential place. You have a lot of places of interest around from here. Since the place is in the heart of the city, getting around is not much of an issue.
You may bring in your own vehicle if you are driving down to Goa.
Or alternatively, You make book a taxi which picks and drops you in front of the villa. There are a lot of private taxis available, or you may also use the app-based taxi service of Goa
To use the app-based taxi service, you will need to download the app goamiles which is available on play store or app store.
You may also want to use the self-drive rentals that is easily available and you can choose from a variety of 2-wheeler/s or 4-wheeler/s
Situated in the heart of the capital city of Panjim is the Church of the Immaculate Conception (Igreja da Imaculada Conceição). It was built in the 1500s, and is one of Panjim's most famous landmarks.
Stunning, giant graffiti murals, most of which came into being during the Serendipity Arts Festivals, adorn several buildings in Panjim, including Don Bosco High School, the Panjim market, Junta House etc
This is one of Goa’s most famous temples. It is dedicated to Lord Hanuman, and is the only temple in Panjim where a zatra is held annually.

Caranzalem beach is a beautiful and serene beach located to the west of Miramar beach along the mouth of the Mandovi river. This beach is a comparatively secluded beach ideal for taking stroll, jog or for just sitting and enjoying the mesmerizing view of blue sea and flying birds

Apart for the heritage canon and the beauty of the place, Campal also has a kid’s park. The place has many rides for the kid’ s including some water rides.
Bal Bhavan campus in Goa conducts a lot of activities for the kids and it would be nice for kids to see the facilities or get their interest grown in any of the art offered here.
Goa Science Centre & Planetarium has been developed as a place of edu-tainment in Science & Technology. Food is something that everyone of us is found off. When we are travelling many of you would like to try the local food and / or some good food. If you have any used food which needs to be disposed, please put them in the thrash can
If you have any food item including any groceryetc.thatisgood tobe consumed but do not want to carry back, then please keep it together on the kitchen platform. We will donate it to the needy. Keep such items that need refrigeration, keep them in the refrigerator so that it does not get spoilt.
Kindly ensure that all the windows and doors are closed and latched. The lights, fans and AC’ s are switched off
Please handover the keys to the caretaker or keep it back in the lockbox at the original location
Kindly inform the caretaker / host on any first aid consumable usage so that we can replenish the same so as not to have a surprise in case other guest needs anything.
Don’t forget any of your personal stuffs like mobile phones, Chargers etc. But in the case that you forget do let us know immediately so that we can check and keep it in safe custody if required.
