Analysing enzymes before, during and after the production process can be done faster - easier and by everyone

We enable green transition by analyzing enzymes before, during and after the production process

Optimizing industrial processes by fast enzyme activity testing, enabling enzyme technology to be utilized in existing & new industrial segments

Enabling fast quality

Enabling fast quality control of raw materials and/or enzymes to secure optimized processes in industrial segments

Our core competence is our ability to produce quick and simple test kits with highly specialized substrates and the surrounding chemistry that enables measurements of high accuracy across different types of enzymes

Data is crunched by the GlycoSpot app and converted to recognized enzymatic activity units by underlying calibration models or % of residual activity.
The SIRIUS single reader is portable, fast and connects easily to any smart device via Bluetooth

The GlycoSpot Cloud Database automatically stores all measurements and is easily accessible with personalized logins.

GlycoSpot’s Barley Screen is a simple test kit based on GlycoSpot proprietary assay technology. This allows you to easily determine alpha amylase and Diastatic Power activity at high accuracy.

GlycoSpot provide you with a MINI-LAB Tech-Case including a small-sized compact microplate reader called CRUX. Portable Plug & Play. Use plate reader at OD 405-410 nm.

WITH GLYCOSPOT

Helps your enzyme Research & Development

GlycoSpots unique technology is based on our chemistry platform that allows us to couple chromophoric groups to many different enzyme substrates. Treatment with enzymes will release these chromophores, which then can be measured spectrophotometrically. GlycoSpot offers a long list of enzyme substrates off the shelf, but we can also make custom designed substrates if needed.
GlycoSpot screening technology uses two different kinds of substrates:
● Purified Biopolymer Substrates (PBS)
● Complex Biomaterial Substrates (CBS)
Both types of substrates - the PBS and CBS - have been successfully used with purified enzymes, enzyme mixtures, fungal and bacterial culture broths, enzyme extracts from plant tissues and enzyme extracts from guts of ruminants and insects.
