Light the Night was pivotal in allowing us to achieve our goal of installing solar panels at Bayalpata Hospital in Achham, Nepal and raising awareness of our work at Tufts University. Mark Arnoldy, Nyaya Health’s executive director, shared his experiences and interactions with the diďŹƒculties faced by those working to improve medical care in Nepal. He also spoke to the necessity of incorporating the use of solar energy into the operations of Bayalpata Hospital where there is tenuous availability of electricity .
