Bi-Directional Stroke Adjustment
Indicator NAMUR
Position indicator with NAMUR is convenient for mounting accessories such as Limit Switch box,Positioner and so on.
Pinion
The pinion is made from nickeled-alloy steel, fully conforming to the latest standards of IS05211, DIN3337, NAMUR. The dimensions can be customized and stainless steel is available.
Actuator Body
The extruded aluminium alloy ASTM6005 Body can be treated with hard anodized, powder polyester painted (different colours is available such as blue, orange, yellow etc.), PTFE or Nickel plated.
End caps
Die-casting aluminium powder polyester painted in different colours. PTFE or Nickel plated.
Pistons
The twin rack pistons are made from Die-casting aluminium heated with Hard anodized or made from Cast steel with galvanization. Symmetric mounting position, long cycle life and fast operation, reversing rotation by simply inverting the pistons.
Travel adjustment
The two independent external travel stop adjustment bolts con adjust ±5° at both open and close directions easily and precisely.
High performance springs
Preloaded coating springs are made from high quality material for resistance to corrosion and longer service life, which can be demounted safely and conveniently to satisfy different requirements of torque by changing the quantity of springs.
Bearings & Guides
Made from low friction, long-life compound material to avoid direct contact between metals. The maintenance and replacement are easy and convenient.
O-rings
NBR rubber O-rings provide trouble-free operation at standard temperature ranges. For high and low temperature applications Viton or Silicone made be request.

BSP THREADS (British Standard Pipe)
There are two types of BSP thread profiles – Taper (BSPT) and Parallel (BSPP).
BSP TAPER (BSPT)
This is the most common thread used for pipe fittings, where the pressure-tight seal is made on the two mating threads. The thread form, dimensions, and tolerances are specified within the ISO 7-1 International Standard. This standard covers Taper Male threads (R), parallel Female threads (Rp), and Taper Female threads (Rc).

BSP PARALLEL (BSPP)
Also known as a G-thread, this parallel thread fastening thread is covered within the ISO 228-1 International Standard. It differs from the BSPT version in that the pressure-tight seal must be obtained via the use of a gasket, o-ring, washer, or other appropriate seal. Both the male and female ISO 228 threads are parallel. It should be noted that the combination of a parallel male G-thread with a parallel ISO 7-1 (Rp) female thread does not necessarily achieve a leak-tight joint.
NPT THREADS (National Pipe Thread)
The NPT thread is an American standard taper thread, that is defined by the ASME B1.20 Standard. Both male and female threads are of the taper form, and can create the pressure-tight seal on the two mating threads. NPT and BSP are not interchangeable, due to differences in thread form, pitch, and included angle (55deg versus 60deg).
