Monitored Professional Development Scheme is an accredited company

scheme. It adheres to an agreed structured program, which can make it much easier for a developing engineer to reach the competency they need to have to attain professional registration.

If your organization has an Accredited MPDS, then your organization has

made a commitment to helping you improve your engineering competencies, from your first placement through to your professional registration.

An MPDS will be in line with the competencies that are described by the Engineering

Competence, which is also called UK-SPEC.

If your organization has an MPDS and you are planning to register, you
