A non-profit organization was formed by studying, training, and practicing human resource personnel to respond to South African human capital matters. This establishes and drives solutions to various Human Resources challenges across sectors and industries. The perpetual actions of SACHRA, amongst many, are to ensure that every Human Capital Personnel in the South African mining community participates in the development of the country and makes meaningful opinions and solutions on all human resource challenges. This is done with the alignment of primary education and tertiary curricula that are responsive to the industry needs and long-term aspirations of the country regarding growth and competiveness.
