Terry Snyder’s Beauty and the Beast features half height marionettes, a projected magic mirror, and two storytellers guiding our audience through a sweet retelling of the original Beauty and the Beast tale. Will they fall in love in time to break the curse?
Recommended ages 4+. Run time approximately 45 minutes.

Mainstage Legacy with a splash of Premiere

A new spin on a Legacy production, Magic Mirror is our special 40th Anniversary production! This production was the first show founders Christopher Piper and Allan Stevens worked on as the Puppet Co. Meet Toad, a young person destined for greatness in this mash-up story with lots of familiar fairy tales! Join us on this journey of dragons, monsters, and spirits of the woods.
Recommended ages 4+. Run time approximately 50 minutes.
Witch Wartsmith’s Halloween Spooktacular

September 28-October 29
Witch Wartsmith (the sister of Witch Wartsmith from our Legacy and touring show Rapunzel,) hosts the annual Halloween Spooktacular and you get to vote on the winner! Part contemporary competition show, part vintage telethon, and part punpalooza, this spooky variety show will tickle your funny bone. Some of our contestants will change year to year, so come back to see old and new friends alike!
Recommended ages 5+. Run time approximately 55 minutes.

Join the Puppet Co. for our 34th annual The Nutcracker! This time-honored seasonal celebration includes Tchaikovsky’s familiar story of Clara and her prince, with some Puppet Co. nursery rhyme spin. Recommended Ages 4+. Run time approximately 55 minutes.
Hershel and the Hanukkah Goblins

November 30th-December 31st
Hershel just wants to celebrate Hanukkah with the community, but the Queen and King of the Goblins have forbidden the lighting of the candles. Can Hershel save the day and lift the curse for this shtetl (village)? Recommended Ages 5+. Run time approximately 55 minutes.

Story, Puppet, Play! Witch Wartsmith’s $90 Halloween Spooktacular (Ages 7-11)

Class: Su, Oct 8 – 22, 2:30-4pm, Puppet Co. Playhouse
During this 3-session class, participants will tell the story, create puppets for, and participate in creative play around Halloween! Participants only need to bring their sense of adventure, the Puppet Co. will provide all supplies. Class registration includes 2 tickets for Witch Wartsmith’s Halloween Spooktacular at a 1pm performance on the class day of their choosing (one for registrant, one for adult chaperone.)
