AB Tutor V9

Once you open the AB Tutor application by double clicking on the AB Tutor icon you would see the screen below which ask your credentials which are same as your login credentials.

Please enter your T0 number and computer password same as compass credentials.

To monitor your class please create a Hostname Group or a username Group as per requirement. Please follow the steps below.

Step 1)

Download your class CSV file from compass.

Step 2) Open the CSV file in excel by double clicking on it.

Select and copy the first column of the file which displays the username of the students.

Step 3)

Open AB Tutor Application. Once open you should see the application below.

Right Click on the My Private Groups folder.

Select New Private Group and Hostname Group as shown in the screenshots.

Click on the triangle to see the new group.

Right click the New hostname Group to rename it to same as compass class name eg. HUM9D

Right Click the Hostname group and click on properties

Click on Bulk Add to input all the usernames of the students from the compass CSV file.

Please enter the username copied from the compass CSV file. As shown in screenshots

Click Save
