mong the different types of pulses in India, Arhar is the most prominent among the pulses consumed. In India, Arhar is also known as Tur, Red Gram and Pigeon P. Arhar dal contains a lot of protein, so it is very beneficial for health.

Indian farmers often sow tur with millet, Jwar, Urad and Cotton. Many farmers also do its solo farming. Today we are going to inform the farmer brothers about the single cultivation of Arhar.

For the cultivation of Arhar, loamy loam and loam soil are considered best. Advanced varieties of Arhar include Bahar, Amar, Narendra-1, Azad, Pusa-9 with PPA-11 and MAL-13.

In this time of crisis, the understanding shown by the people in defeating the Corona virus by following the government guidelines is truly commendable. It is a result of this that with the announcement of Lockdown 4.0, work has started in many government and non-government offices of Delhi. Glaze Trading India Pvt. Ltd is one of those who has opened the doors of its office once again to empower the country and the people financially through self-occupation.

Most of the employees of Glaze are doing 'work from home' in this lockdown. But a few selected people are coming to the office. Special care is being taken to ensure that there is no threat to the health of the employees coming to the office. All employees have to undergo a thermal check as soon as they arrive office.

Bio Matrix Machines have been discontinued. Therefore, the staff of the thermal check has to take the attendance at the desk.

There is also a facility of hand wash. All employees are allowed to go forward only by washing their hands compulsorily. It is also ensured that all employees must wear masks.

In the present circumstances, all the doors of the head office of the glaze are kept open so that no one has to touch the door handle. Also, sanitation bottles are available at every desk. Marks have been put in place to maintain social distancing and such arrangements have

Question: What is an object handling?

Answer: Object handling means dealing with objections. Most people consider closing and object handling the same thing. But it is not so. During closing, you ask your guest questions, but during the handling, your potential distributor

solves his doubts about the Galway business by asking you or your Up-line questions. This is called object handling.

Question: What is a matching principal?

Answer: In the Matching Principal, you will relate yourself with what your potential distributor said to you. When your potential distributor (guest) tells you that I cannot do this business or I will not be able to do this business, in response to this, you tell your guest that when I saw the business presentation of Galway, at that time I have the same questions which is in your mind now. SEP’s Online Workshop held On the Occasion of Mother's Day and Meditation Day On the occasion of Mother's Day on May 10, 2020 and Meditation Day on May 21, 2020, the Self-Empowerment Program ie S.E.P. Organized online training programs in Odisha. The operation of these programs were led by Master Trainer Tuna Ji and Ranjan Kumar Behera under the guidance of SEP Head, Ms. Romshree Manisha Ashes.

In both these training programs, by following Lockdown and social distance, participants stayed in their homes and participated in the Online Training Program.
