Made from Vermentino grapes it offers fruity aromas of white peach and plum with flowery nuance of wildflower. On the palate it gives a distinctive saline tangue. Exceptional length lying on vivid and fresh notes.

Birbante Rosé Brut Isola dei Nuraghi IGT I love this fizz for being charismatic, crisp and lively. Made from Grenache, Syrah and Merlot grapes it recalls memories of strawberry and currant with salinity accents. On the palate, it is tart with a textbook combination of round and zesty flavours. Lasting length with a sharp ginger note.

Bisso Brut Sardegna DOC

Iappreciate this sparkling wine for being intense, elegant and totally unique. Made from Vermentino grapes, it gives off notes of ripe fruits such as melon and banana, flowery notes recalling mangnolia. In the mouth it is crisp yet robust with a lingering balsamic and pastry finish.
