TYPOLOGY HOUSING AND ELDER CARE FACILITY SITE MEDINA, WASHINTON

By creating two rows of non-facing townhouses connected by a central platform, a dialogue between valued privacy and sense of belonging is formed. The compound offers delightful moments for its unique users such as the intimate and dramaticly lit courtyard under the platform.
