ABOUT US GSI Associates is a British owned and managed international consulting company based in London with Offices in Kosovo, Malta, North Macedonia, and Romania, led my Mr. Andrew Stuart, a Chartered Accountant and Certified Forensic Accountant since 1990, delivering business support services worldwide, including corporate advisory, financial consulting, project management, outsourcing, translations, cyber and sales and marketing services.

We provide both managed outsourcing services and staffing, which includes a team of educated and highly skilled project management veterans who served in austere conditions, handling multiple complicated tasks on numerous job sites.

Our crew also includes a rich resource of young, well-educated, and motivated staff, located in our modern offices in South-Eastern Europe with significant cost savings as compared to UK and EU.

GSI Construction Services is one of the services through which we provide a managed outsourced services and staff, including a fully staffed PMO specialized in project management, quantity surveying, cost management, planning, procurement, and accounting services.

The year 2020 has emerged as one of the most challenging years for construction industry, with the whole world responding and looking to recover from the health and economic challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic. In addition, from the final quarter in 2020 to the last three month of 2021, the “all work construction material price index” rose 22.9%.

Our staff have gained their career experience working abroad on major construction and infrastructure in EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Asia) countries, as well as US Army Defense Contractors providing Logistics and Civil Augmentations Services for US Army operations in the Middle East, carrying project management responsibilities in multinationals such as KBR, FLUOR, AECOM, and DynCorp.

The PMO Office has been established under the leadership of Dritero Jashari, who in addition to a degree in Architecture and an MBA degree, is also a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and an established Project Management Professional with over 15 years of diverse international experience in the management of multi-billion-dollar projects in the Middle East and Kosovo.
