What We Do MORE THAN A RUNNING PROGRAM Girls on the Run is a character development program that enhances every girl’s social, mental, and physical health and behaviors with a fun curriculum that creatively integrates running. It is the only physical activity-based youth development program for girls with a proven curriculum and trained coaches.

We are dedicated to serving all girls regardless of race, ethnicity, socio-economic status, religion, gender identity, or ability.

8-week program for girls in 3rd-8th grades Trained coaches lead small teams through research-based lessons Girls plan and implement a community service project with their team Program culminates with a 5K celebration for girls, families and the Girls on the Run community
