Dear Friends:

Welcome to the 2025 Women of Vision Awards Breakfast.

This event is more than a celebration—it’s a testament to what’s possible when we invest in leadership rooted in courage, confidence, and character. Each year, we gather to honor those who reflect the values of the Girl Scout Movement and inspire the next generation.

Girl Scouts Heart of New Jersey serves more than 13,000 youth members and over 8,800 adult volunteers across seven counties. Our mission—to build individuals of courage, confidence, and character who make the world a better place—comes to life through the achievements of today’s honorees.

We are proud to present the Impact in Action Award to T. & Cory Strong, founders of Dirty Soles Footwear Group, for their inspiring commitment to community.

We recognize Debra “Debbi” Zvanut, a lifelong Girl Scout and former Camp Director, with the Inspiration Award for her lasting influence and service.

And we celebrate Wanda Hope, retired Chief DEI Officer at Johnson & Johnson, with the Trailblazer Award for her groundbreaking leadership in equity and inclusion.

Thank you to our Master of Ceremonies, Raven Santana of NJ Spotlight News, for leading us through this special morning.

Together, we are shaping the future of leadership.

T. & Cory Strong Founders, Dirty Soles Footwear Group

Tasha (T.) and Cory Strong are a dynamic duo in entrepreneurship and fashion, seamlessly blending their personal and professional lives to make a lasting impact on the industry. Tasha brings a diverse educational background and a strong foundation in marketing, while Cory’s expertise stems from a deep knowledge of footwear production and consumer trends. Together, they co-founded DSFG – Dirty Soles Footwear Group, LLC – with Tasha serving as CEO, leading operations and spearheading innovation, and Cory as COO, infusing the business with his deep roots in street culture.

Tasha also serves as Chairperson of the Dirty Soles Foundation (DSF), reflecting her dedication to philanthropy and community impact. Cory, a DSF board member, has leveraged his years in the footwear industry to build partnerships with a range of sneaker retailers and outlets. Their recent expansion into airport concessions further demonstrates their entrepreneurial drive.

Married for over 30 years and longtime business partners, T. and Cory exemplify a powerful mix of passion, expertise, and commitment. Their shared vision of inspiring youth through education and creativity is evident in everything they do—making them standout leaders in both business and community spaces.
