The facilities and infrastructure hardly to recover
The landscape concept were intended to diversifies between the private and the semi - public zone. There were two different garden, the first one located behind the gent’s hostel building and the second one located behind the ladies’s hostel building. The garden itself stands for buffer area and as social behaviour control for the visitor.

The brief were asked to design compact housing design, the challenges were the size of site parcel. So, the ideas was tried to reduce the program and tried to make an open plan. The site was located in Gresik and has a very humid and warmth temperature, so we tried to embrace the tropicality by reconstructing and transform the negative spaces as patios.
Axonometric plan were intended to exposed the activities for proposed program inside the buildings. The first floor were intended to have public and small amount of private area.
The second floor of this S Housing were proposed to be the private area. It consist of master bedroom, bedroom and balcony for these two programs. The intentions was to give a glimpse of fresh air and views inside the private area.

A two-story office in Surabaya’s Jagir District has been transformed into affordable yet comfortable housing targeted towards the middle class working force. The building is divided into five units which offer a desirable compact living space within a healthy environment. The fully furnished units feature an indoor garden with mezzanine bedroom, as well as parking for one motorcycle. The project repurposes vacant property, providing a practical solution to housing needs while fully utilizing the existing structure.

The design transformations were intended to show the utilization of existing featrues suchlike the structure. By doing this kind of approaches, we were supposed to minimalize the material waste from the existing building.

Udanawu private healthcare is a modern clinic in Blitar which provide outpatient and inpatient care. The design approach focuses on attending to detailed building requirements for a small clinic, from lighting to unobstructive circulation paths for different users. The clinic integrates with the surrounding nature by opening up to the environment. The facility targets the community in the surrounding area, including pregnant women seeking modern childbirth assistance. The design aims to create a comfortable space that promotes healing while meeting the functional requirements of a healthcare facility.
