Final Presentation Booklet for the course "Progettazione Urbanistica di Strutture Comerciali", hosted in Politecnico di Milano, in 2022. The project consisted on a study case of an area, chosen by the group, that was facing the problem of retail dismission for whatever reasons to be explored in the research. The next step was to build a project scenario that tryed to tackle the main issue of the reas, supported by theoretical knowledge presented during the lessons. The project presented by the students Giovanna Navarro Miotto and Vitoria Aki Inoue Nogueira consisted on the analysis of the linear dismission of retail on Rua Agusta, a previously vibrant street in one of the centralities of São Paulo, economic capital of Brazil, affected by Covid-19 pandemic economic reflections.
