Leading HR Data Office Data Management Team managing for creating data quality rules for EEO and OFCCP Compliance Regulatory Requirements tasked with validating regulatory reports and meeting 2019 FRB commitments. Management Responsible for standing up and managing a new 8 person Data Quality organization for Enterprise Data Office ensuring source data quality and meeting 2019 FRB Enterprise Data Governance Policy requirements.
