Servant Leader collaborating with and managing the HR Data Office Data Management Team, a $1M cost center. Leading HR Data Office Data Management Team managing for creating data quality rules for EEO and OFCCP Compliance Regulatory Requirements tasked with validating regulatory reports and meeting 2019 FRB commitments. Management  Responsible for standing up and managing a new 8 person Data Quality organization for Enterprise Data Office ensuring source data quality and meeting 2019 FRB Enterprise Data Governance Policy requirements.  Stood up 3 Data Management Teams for HR, Marketing, and IT hiring/managing 11 employees and contractors.  Responsible for compliance to the 2019 Enterprise Data Governance policy submitted to the FRB.
