China-like dinner and dessert plates, tumblers, utensils, cocktail napkins Chef and three kitchen assistants, two attendants for shuttling guests, two security team members, two bartenders and six staff members on-site for set-up, service & breakdown of buffet, additional serving ware and equipment plus deliveries and tax included in total price. Additional gratuity at client’s discretion. Deposit of 50% ($4,550.00) due upon acceptance of proposal, remaining balance of $4,550.00 will be due prior to the day of the event.
