Each order is made and ready for pick-up on location from contactless, personalized food lockers or from a designated pick-up area. Can’t make it in? This concept also offers a delivery option.
A stylish modern space houses state-of-the-art technology that encourages guests to experience convenience in a whole new way. The Virtual Kitchen features the flexibilty for guests to place and pick-up orders in a contactless environment, order via kiosk or mobile device and conveniently pick up at designated stations.

Upon arrival, guests order utilizing easy to use kiosks, mobile or web-based interfaces, or face-to-face with a cashier. Choose from our on-trend and fresh dining concepts that complement outdoor dining perfectly. A number of innovative concepts have been provided inspiring ultimate flexibility. Once a guest has ordered they can pick-up their food or have it delivered. When their food is in hand, they can relax outside in our spacious outdoor seating area to enjoy their meal.

Everyone is flocking to the newest chicken joint in town. The Roost offers a variety of downright tasty chicken sandwich options ranging from steaming Nashville Style to the classic grilled. But lunch was not built on sandwiches alone. Everything from hand cut fries to kale salad are offered to complete the perfect meal. Need something to start your day? The Roost has delicious chicken biscuits, burritos, and bowls.
Sure, you gotta eat but every chicken needs a coop. We’ve outfitted ours with industrial elements like concrete, brick, gray metals, and warm woods. The branding has been incorporated through large scale wall graphics featuring farmhouse illustrations. Posters with brand language and food photography compliment the modern space. Rich accent colors like orange, blue, and off-white warm things up just enough to give it balance.

Everyone agrees that tacos are now considered one of the main food groups. The Taco Shoppe makes getting your daily taco fix easier than ever. Simply choose how many, your protein, and your side. You’ll be enjoying fresh goodness wrapped in a tortilla in no time.
Our shoppe is modern and clean with varying wood tones used throughout. The counter uses warm mosaic tiles reminiscent of the Southwest. Bright pops of color serve as backdrops to marketing posters and other branding. All of these vibrant elements come together to surround a custom lit Taco Shoppe sign, creating a beacon to welcome customers searching for delicious Mexican fare.

At Tackle Box you can’t help but be lured in by great tasting seafood. With a satisfying and diverse menu, every fisherman and fisher-woman is sure to catch something they love. Chow down on everyone’s favorite, fish tacos or enjoy more innovative twists on classic sandwiches like the shrimp po-boy or salmon BLT.
The space itself is what some would call an “elegant boathouse.” Rustic touches like whitewashed shiplap and warm wood tones are reminiscent of old docks and fishing vessels. Scalloped accent tiles adorn the front counter in aqua blues and greens reminding guests of sea life (or mermaids for our more imaginative patrons). While yellow booths add a pop of color representing morning light as you try to hook the day’s first catch.
