When we think of assessment, we often think of exams or a task give to learners to complete, which can be then marked and a grade given. Assessment is so much more and can be used both inside and outside of the classroom in many ways. This Assessment A to Z guide has been compiled as a learning support for both educators and learners to build their assessment literacy and ultimately improve quality of teaching, student learning and student achievement. This book is designed as a simple, easy to read practical guide and by accessing the links provided the reader can access additional information at their own pace. Many examples of classroom/ study group activities that have been tried and tested by the author are included, so try some out.
