MEGALOPHOBIA
Fear of large things. This could be due to the fear that a large object might collapse or fall. Another reason is the intimidation of the size of the object.
GELIOPHOBIA
Fear of laughter, laughing or of being laughed. This phobia may find jokes, comedies, and funny situations or people a source of anxiety.
CHICLEPHOBIA
Fear of chewing gum themselves. Coming close to a person chewing gum or the sight of previously chewed gum.
CHAETOPHOBIA
Fear of people with long hair. They may fear things such as dandruff or head lice.
AMBULOPHOBIA
Fear of walking. They often experience panic attacks. These symptoms most of the time happen suddenly and without any prior signs or warnings.
CRYOPHOBIA
Fear of extreme cold. This is because freezing temperatures can cause hypothermia and frostbite, others may be due to loneliness since people rarely go out in harsh weathers.
BIBLIOPHOBIA
Fear of books. They find it very difficult or unable to read books. Being forced to read may make sufferers cry or even panic.
CIBOPHOBIA
Fear of food. It is also known as anorexia which is a dangerous eating disorder and sufferers may feel anxious when they eat as they may worry that a certain food could poison them.
AICHMOPHOBIA
Fear of sharp things, such as pencil, needle, knives, a pointing finger, or even the sharp end of an umbrella.
CATOPTROPHOBIA
Fear of mirrors. The phobia might be conceived due to the person not agreeing with their beauty or body image in the mirror, especially by obese people, or even the presence of the supernatural.

Fear of long words. The causes of the phobia are unknown but might stem from difficulties to learn reading back at school, or certain brain patterns. Ironically, the original word naming the phobia may trigger it.
SCOPOPHOBIA
Fear of being seen or stared at by others. Scopophobia generally arises from a traumatic event, most commonly due to being subjected to public ridicule as a child.
