CABINET BOX CONSTRUCTION
• Boxes are set on 4” tall plywood “cradles”, these get levelled and secured prior to cabinet box install. Sturdy and level foundation for the whole kitchen.
• Frameless full overlay style cabinets.
• Blind dado construction using glue, staples, and screws.
• Boxes constructed of 3/4” Tafisa particle board with a white melamine face, using a 1/2” back of the same material.
• 3/4” particle board adjustable shelving, on 5mm pins, holes drilled where applicable.
• Bottoms of wall cabinets will be the white melamine. (Same as interiors)
• Exterior painted/exposed panels will be made from plywood.
