The Gibraltar Financial Services Commission signs a Memorandum of Understanding with the Israel Securities Authority The Gibraltar Financial Services Commission (“GFSC”) is pleased to announce that it recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (“MoU”) with the Israel Securities Authority (“ISA”) on 17 June 2015. The MoU between the two organisations underlines a shared commitment by both organisations for mutual assistance and sharing of information. GFSC CEO, Samantha Barrass, comments: “This is an excellent opportunity to expand our network of formal co-operation agreements and I am looking forward to working with our counterparts in Israel on matters of common interest.” The MoU indicates our joint endeavours to work closely together to support our work to protect the public and establish a safe jurisdiction in which to carry out financial business. The GFSC has already signed MoUs with other jurisdictions, and this new MoU with the ISA adds to that network. To read the MoU between the GFSC and the ISA, please click here.
